We have been here for 7 days and have had the best holiday for many years, The accommodation was 5 star the rooms we had were spotless The service was in our opinion first class with nothing too much trouble and the breakfasts were excellently cooked and presented. This is without doubt one of the best B&Bs in Scotland and we can't recommend it highly enough, and would go so far as to say we are sad to be leaving on our journey further up Scotland to see family. Our hosts Ian and Ishbel have been the perfect hosts and have set a high standard for others to follow. Book with confidence and enjoy the stay in a modern and very technically up to the minute B&B.David W
Excellent room and breakfast great welcome. Spotlessly clean. Stayed on our way up on holiday to skye rang from holiday to stay on our way back were so impressed. Highly recommended.Stephen & Cathie Leather
We stayed there for 4 nights from 28 th April and were very impressed. Spotlessly clean and well decorated. We stayed in room 2 which had a separate room with a sofa smart TV and a fridge with chilled wine glasses. Wonderful hosts and a fab breakfast menu to choose from. Only a couple of mins walk to harbour and shops.
I only stayed one night (this time), but I will be hoping to get back soon. Iain and Ishbel are friendly without being overbearing, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast was brilliant.Craig
First night's stay in Helensburgh, Scotland for the beginning of the west to east traverse of the John Muir Way. Just a few blocks north of the train station and centrally located for walk to Clyde which is on the waterfront. Very clean, modern bath facilities, full Scottish breakfast.W D Luisi
Everything about Sinclair House, especially Iain & Ishbel, is top notch. Our room had so many nice amenities - extra outlets for charging, tea/coffee service, and a mini-fridge. The bath was very modern with touch lighting and on demand hot water for the shower. But the real prize of our stay was Iain and Ishbel. They are so attentive. Our personalised wifi worked flawlessly. Each breakfast was delicious and cooked to order from a varied menu (order the fresh fruit salad). They offered spot on restaurant and activity suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay and would highly recommend Sinclair House to those visiting Helensburgh or Loch Lomond.Brent D Rhineland-Palatinate
