Loch Lomond self catering accommodation, Helensburgh, consisting of Double bedroom, Lounge, Kitchen, Computer-Room, Walk-in Closet and Bathroom, Sinclair House Flat provides comfortable, private self catering accommodation adjacent to the Guest House. Private parking is available at the main Bed and Breakfast for the first floor flat , but you may park on the street if you prefer. As with Sinclair House, all amenities are close to hand with two supermarkets, at least 8 ATMs, Post Office and banks all within a 3 minute walk.
Loch Lomond is a short drive from our self catering apartment.
We regret no pets are allowed in our self catering accommodation!
Electricity, gas, bedding and towels are all included in the price. With the capacity to sleep two adults (and two children on Sofa bed in the lounge), it offers great value for money.
The self catering kitchen has all those necessary items including kettle, microwave, electric cooker, filter coffee maker, toaster, fridge etc There is also a 14" TV and for the longer stay there is an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
We have a desktop PC (Core 2 Duo based with 22" LCD monitor running Vista Ultimate with Office 2007) with free hi speed internet located in the small room off the kitchen (shared wirelessly with main bed and breakfast but throttled back to 2M downstream and 256K upstream). Skype (Voice over IP) is installed which allows phone calls to any land line in the world at very low rates (eg 2c per minute to the US). Calls are free to another computer running Skype.
For your entertainment the lounge is equipped with a 36” Panasonic TV and DVD player/Freeview digital receiver (Sinclair House DVDs are available). A portable Radio / cassette / CD player is also provided.
Our Loch Lomond self catering apartment has full gas fired central heating and hot water. The lounge also has the benefit of a modern living flame gas fire.
The bedroom has the usual accoutrements including a hair dryer and remote control centre light with 3 speed fan.
