Bed & Breakfast Tariff/Rate (per Room)

Single night reservations may only be made two weeks in advance unless there is an obvious single night indicated by our availability.  Our rates are per room per night.

Check in is normally after 12:00 (Please phone if you expect to be delayed beyond 18:00).   Checkout is strictly 10:30.

All prices include VAT @ 20% - VAT Registration Number 116 7292 14

Toddlers & Children: 1 to 13 years old - £15, 14 years old and over - Adult rate above (Babe-in-arms - free)

For Christmas & Hogmanay minimum stay - 2 nights!

Self Catering Apartment Tariff

Minimum stay - 3 nights - strictly 2 adults max occupancy

Please note: Due to their high commission charges, payments using American Express (AMEX) attract an additional £2 per room per night premium.

Maximum two persons only except babe in arms (own cot).

Breakfast is available (£5 per day) for business persons in the flat who have colleagues staying in the B&B only.  Please ask as this is not a given!

All bookings are subject to our generous Cancellation Policy

All on-line bookings will be confirmed by email and constitute a contract.  If you haven't received confirmation within 24hrs please email or phone.  If we expect to be out of contact for a period of time - this will be made clear below!  To avoid confusion - cancellation of on-line bookings should be by email and will be confirmed by email.
