Single night reservations may only be made two weeks in advance unless there is an obvious single night indicated by our availability. Our rates are per room per night.
Check in is normally after 12:00 (Please phone if you expect to be delayed beyond 18:00). Checkout is strictly 10:30.

Breakfast is available (£5 per day) for business persons in the flat who have colleagues staying in the B&B only. Please ask as this is not a given!

All on-line bookings will be confirmed by email and constitute a contract. If you haven't received confirmation within 24hrs please email or phone. If we expect to be out of contact for a period of time - this will be made clear below! To avoid confusion - cancellation of on-line bookings should be by email and will be confirmed by email.
