| Ian and Ishbel made us very welcome in a comfortable room. The accommodation was spotless, the service was very friendly and efficient and the breakfasts were hearty. Pity we only had two nights. We'll be back! Highly recommended. | |

| i got moved here as a mistake from a hotel in the area and we loved our stay could not have been better room was lovely had much more then we expected and the staff were very nice and we only stayed 1 night but plan to go back for longer soon | |

| Without doubt this is the best B&B my family and I have ever stayed in. Hosts, rooms, facilities and food were exceptional. My youngest wants to live there! We hope to make a return trip, hopefully sooner rather than later. | |

| Completely amazed by your lack of simple common courtesey. After 10 days we still await a reply to our enquiry re accomodation One can only assume all the words of high praise are totally ficticious and the emails bogus. By Iain (Sinclair House): I did respond the same day (last Saturday - only 7 days ago) at 10:22 ( less than 2 hours after your email was received as I was upstairs cleaning the rooms) so I can only assume that it was your spam filter at fault. I really can't understand why you are feeling aggrieved - unless your motive is to cast a slur on the good name of Sinclair House. Others that have suffered a similar email failure have just phoned (that's if they really wanted to stay here). I've just had another thought - as you didn't resend any email I only have the email address that you gave me - could be you made a typo? This is especially true as I have yet to receive a response from the email I sent earlier today......... One final thought, if you think these emails are bogus - there are email addresses alongside some of the guests that left a comment... You could also check Trip Advisor where we have 100% positive reviews. No Response from K Donnelly!! | |
