Breakfast is served between 0700 and 0900 during the week and between 0830 and 0930 at weekends. We do have to know what time you require breakfast however, to this end we have a card for you to fill in on arrival including time, and breakast selection.

Laundry may be possible at £5 per load - depends on how busy the machines are on that particular day! (You'll have to do any ironing yourself however - we have enough of our own to do - iron and ironing board supplied!)

A trouser press (currently in the flat!) is available on request. So far only one guest has ever asked for it! (Plus one other who asked just to make this page!)

Complimentary hi-speed WiFi internet connectivity is available. We have Lenovo Dual Core (Intel) Laptops online in all rooms with non-administrative rights only. We can also set up a dedicated WPA2 secure wireless connection for your laptop at no charge. For those whose wireless has been disabled we have pre-configured Ethernet to wireless adaptor available.
(please note that individual connections are limited to 2Mb down and 500Kb up)The Flat has a dual core PC - connected wirelessly to our broadband connection. There is also a pre-configured Ethernet to wireless adaptor available for your laptop at no additional cost.

Complimentary pay-as-you-go mobile phones (cell phones) are available for guest use if required. For USA Guests - there is no charge for incoming calls you just pay for the outgoing calls! Just return the phone with starting credit or pay us for credit used!

Our extensive DVD library (some 800 films and music videos). All DVD player now have a USB port and will play DivX movies and JPG photos from a memory stick as well as DVD and MP3 CDs. All movies purchased from August 2008 will be Blu-ray. When the price is right we will be equipping our rooms with Bly-ray players as all TVs are HD ready!

Future Projects
Next on the list of "things to do" is to re-roof the building. Depending on business (and the weather & the planning department) this will be sometime in 2010.
