Sinclair House self catering apartment has a minimum stay of 3 nights - 7 nights for Golf & Christmas/Homanay

Helensburgh self catering accommodation near Loch Lomond, consisting of Double bedroom, Lounge, Kitchen, Computer-Room, Walk-in Closet and Bathroom, Sinclair House Flat provides comfortable, private self catering accommodation adjacent to the Guest House. Private parking is available at the main Bed and Breakfast for the first floor flat , but you may park on the street if you prefer. As with Sinclair House, all amenities are close to hand with two supermarkets, at least 8 ATMs, Post Office and banks all within a 3 minute walk.

Loch Lomond is a short drive from our self catering apartment.

We regret no pets are allowed in our self catering accommodation!

Electricity, gas, bedding and towels are all included in the price. With the capacity to sleep two adults, it offers great value for money.

The self catering kitchen has all those necessary items including kettle, microwave, electric cooker, filter coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer etc There is also a 17" LCD TV and for the longer stay there is an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.

We have a desktop PC (Twin core / 4GB RAM / 22" LCD monitor / Windows 7 / Office 2007) with free hi speed internet located in the small room off the kitchen.  Skype (Voice over IP) is installed which allows phone calls to any land line in the world at very low rates.  Calls are free to any another computer (and now some smartphones) running Skype.  For those with their own Laptop/netbook, there is a pre-configured wireless to ethernet device.

For your entertainment the lounge is equipped with a 50” Pioneer Plasma with a Freeview HD digital receiver and Sony Blu-ray player (Sinclair House  Blu-ray movies are available free of charge).  A portable Radio / cassette / CD player is also provided. For your comfort there is an Ekornes Stressless Buckingham high back 3 seater settee and captain's chair with foot stool.

Our Helensburgh self catering apartment has full gas fired central heating and hot water. The lounge also has the benefit of a modern living flame gas fire.

The bedroom has the usual accoutrements including a 32" LCD TV & a hair dryer.

Please note that the Apartment is unserviced and no breakfast is supplied.  Those business persons with colleagues in the B&B can purchase breakfast (in the B&B) @ £5 per person per day.  We do appreciate it if guests could leave the Apartment in a condition similar to that in which they found it.
